  32. Hi,
  33.    I bought this miroCONNECT 34 last month. Since this card was made
  34. before Win95, I had probles installing it in Win95. But, once you get it
  35. installed, it works perfectly. You will have to call miro Toll-free tech
  36. support to receive the updated CD(software) for Win95. I did have a lot of
  37. problems installing it, especially enabling and disabling COMM ports. The
  38. card comes with preconfigured COMM 2 or 4 ports. If you running Win3.11,
  39. you can set it up in minutes and start using it without any problem AT
  40. ALL. But with Win95, you will have to play with it for a while. The card
  41. uses the IBM's Mwave DSP chip which enables software upgrade everytime
  42. they come out with something new. Voice mail capability, 16-bit 32-voices
  43. wavetable synthesiser and 28.8 modem are its main features. After
  44. installing, I haven't had a single problem at all, either with the sound
  45. or with the modem. No connection problems at all. This is a card I would
  46. recommend(in Win3.11, or Win95 after getting it working) if using as
  47. telephone answering machine, remote access telephone, data/fax/voice
  48. discriminator(detects what type of call it is), full duplex
  49. speakerphone....etc.
